Easy representations of affine Kac-Moody algebras

Summary: Easy modules for affine Kac-Moody algebras have a chief significance for the quantum subject concept as they correspond to the representations of the common affine vertex algebras. However, little or no is understood about such modules past the class of optimistic power representations. We assemble a brand new class of clean modules over affine Kac-Moody algebras. In a selected case, these modules are isomorphic to these induced from generalized Whittaker modules for Takiff Lie algebras. We set up the irreducibility criterion for constructed modules within the case of the affine sl(2) Lie algebra.
