Abstract: A model new optimization framework to design common equilibrium choices of the Vlasov-Poisson system by way of exterior electrical fields is obtainable. This optimization framework requires the minimization of an ensemble sensible with Tikhonov regularization of the administration topic beneath the differential constraint of a nonlinear elliptic equation that fashions equilibrium choices of the Vlasov-Poisson system.
